本サービスは役務（サービス）の提供であり、その性質上、ご購入後の返品・返金はお受けできません。未消化の時間分についても返金はいたしません。 自動更新契約ではないため、解約のお手続きは不要です。ご購入いただいた時間を使い切った時点、または利用期間の満了をもって終了します。 ただし、当社の責に帰すべき事由により役務を提供できなかった場合は、当該未提供部分の料金を返金いたします。 As this is a service, purchases are non-refundable, including any unused hours. There is no subscription to cancel: the engagement ends when the purchased hours are used or the validity period expires. Where we fail to deliver through our own fault, we refund the undelivered portion. |
