Yuki's Angels（以下「当社」）は、バイリンガル・バーチャルアシスタントサービスの提供にあたり取得する個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）その他の関係法令およびガイドラインを遵守し、以下のとおり個人情報を取り扱います。
Yuki's Angels ("we", "us") provides bilingual virtual assistant services. We recognise the importance of the personal information entrusted to us and handle it in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), related laws and the guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Commission, as set out below.

2. 取得する個人情報What we collect
当社は、以下の個人情報を取得します。当社が取得するのは、サービスの提供および運営に必要な範囲に限られます。

当社は、要配慮個人情報（人種、信条、病歴、犯罪の経歴等）を取得いたしません。また、当社のサービスは事業者および成人のお客様を対象としており、16歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
We do not collect special care-required personal information (race, creed, medical history, criminal record, etc.). Our services are aimed at businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
3. 利用目的Purposes of use
当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します（個人情報保護法第17条・第21条）。これらの目的を超えて利用する場合は、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ます。
- お問い合わせ、お見積り、ご相談への対応および回答のため
- バーチャルアシスタント業務の提供、連絡、進捗報告および品質管理のため
- ご契約の締結・管理、料金の請求および決済処理のため
- サービスに関する重要なお知らせ、規約変更等の連絡のため
- ご同意いただいた場合に限り、サービスに関するご案内をお送りするため（配信停止はいつでも可能です）
- ウェブサイトの利用状況の統計的な分析、およびサービス改善のため（ご同意いただいた場合のみ）
- 不正利用の防止、トラブル対応および法令にもとづく対応のため
In short: to answer your enquiries, deliver and manage the assistant services you have engaged us for, handle contracts and billing, send you service-critical notices, send you optional service news if you have opted in, understand site usage in aggregate (only with consent), and to prevent misuse or comply with the law. We will seek your consent before using your information beyond these purposes.
4. 安全管理措置Security measures
当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、以下の措置を講じています（個人情報保護法第23条）。

We maintain organisational, personnel, physical and technical safeguards: defined handling responsibilities and an incident escalation path, NDAs and training for everyone who handles client data, locked devices and secure disposal of documents, TLS encryption, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, and an assessment of the data protection regime of any foreign country where data is stored (see section 7).
5. 業務の外部委託Service providers
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で個人データの取扱いを外部に委託することがあります。委託先については、必要かつ適切な監督を行います（個人情報保護法第25条）。現在利用している主な委託先は以下のとおりです。

生成AIツールの利用についてOur use of generative AI tools
当社は、翻訳・文書作成・要約等の業務効率化のため生成AIツール（Claude、ChatGPT）を利用することがあります。利用にあたっては、入力内容がAIモデルの学習に利用されない設定・契約形態のプランを使用します。また、お客様から特にご要望があった場合は、当該業務に生成AIを使用いたしません。
We use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to assist with translation, drafting and summarising. We use plans configured so that submitted content is not used to train the AI models, and we will refrain from using AI on your work entirely if you ask us to.
6. 第三者提供Disclosure to third parties
当社は、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく個人データを第三者に提供いたしません（個人情報保護法第27条）。
- 法令にもとづく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要があり、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 国の機関等の法令の定める事務への協力が必要であり、同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
なお、第5章に記載した業務委託にともなう提供および事業承継にともなう提供は、法令上「第三者提供」に該当しません。当社は個人データを販売いたしません。
We never sell personal data. We disclose it only where the law requires it, or in the narrow emergency and public-interest situations the APPI allows. Transfers to the service providers in section 5, and any transfer arising from a business succession, are not "third-party provision" under the Act.
7. 外国にある第三者への提供Cross-border transfer
個人情報保護法第28条にもとづき、以下のとおりお知らせします。
- 移転先の国: アメリカ合衆国（Google LLC、Formspree, Inc.、Stripe, Inc. のサーバー所在国。事業者のグローバルなインフラ上で他国のデータセンターが利用される場合があります）
- 当該国の個人情報保護制度: アメリカ合衆国には日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦法は存在せず、分野別の連邦法および州法により規律されています。制度の詳細は個人情報保護委員会が公表する外国制度の調査資料をご参照ください。
- 移転先が講じる保護措置: 各社は、それぞれのデータ処理規約およびプライバシーポリシーにもとづき、技術的・組織的な安全管理措置を実施しています。
- 同意の取得: アクセス解析にともなう移転は、利用者が本サイトのバナーで「同意する」を選択した場合にのみ行われます。お問い合わせフォームおよび決済にともなう移転は、フォームの送信またはお申込みの時点で同意いただいたものとして取り扱います。
Under APPI art. 28: data is transferred to the United States, a country with no comprehensive federal data protection statute equivalent to the APPI, where protection is provided instead by sector-specific federal and state laws. Each recipient applies technical and organisational safeguards under its own data processing terms. Analytics-related transfer happens only if you select "Agree" on our consent banner.

8. 保存期間How long we keep it
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間を超えて個人データを保有しません。保存期間経過後は、遅滞なく削除または復元できない方法で廃棄します。

9. 開示等の請求Your rights
ご本人またはその代理人は、当社が保有する保有個人データについて、以下の請求を行うことができます（個人情報保護法第33条から第35条）。
- 利用目的の通知および開示（電磁的記録の提供を含む方法を指定できます）
- 内容が事実でない場合の訂正・追加・削除
- 法令違反がある場合、または利用の必要がなくなった場合等の利用停止・消去
- 第三者提供の停止
- 第三者提供記録の開示
ご請求は第14章の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認させていただいたうえで、法令に定める場合を除き、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。開示および利用目的の通知の請求について、手数料はいただきません（無料）。
You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure (including in electronic form), correction, addition or deletion of inaccurate data, suspension of use or erasure, suspension of third-party provision, and disclosure of third-party provision records. Contact us at the address in section 14; we will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. We charge no fee for these requests.
10. 外部送信ポリシーExternal Transmission Policy
電気通信事業法第27条の12（外部送信規律）にもとづき、利用者の端末に記録された情報を外部事業者へ送信する場合の内容・送信先・利用目的を以下のとおり公表します。
In line with Article 27-12 of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, we disclose what information stored on your device is transmitted to third parties, to whom, and for what purpose.
本サイトは、利用者が明示的に「同意する」を選択した場合にのみ Google アナリティクスを読み込みます。同意がない状態では、Google アナリティクスのスクリプトは一切読み込まれず、Google への通信も発生しません。
Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly choose "Agree." Until then the script is never fetched and no request whatsoever is made to Google.

第13章の「Cookie 設定を変更する」からいつでも同意を撤回できます。撤回すると送信は直ちに停止し、_ga で始まる Cookie は削除されます。
Withdraw consent at any time via "Change cookie settings" in section 13. Transmission stops immediately and the _ga cookies are deleted.

広告関連機能の無効化Advertising features are switched off
本サイトでは Google シグナル（allow_google_signals）および広告のパーソナライズ（allow_ad_personalization_signals）を明示的に無効化しています。デバイスをまたいだ広告用プロファイルの作成や、リマーケティングへのデータ利用は行われません。
Google Signals and ad personalisation signals are explicitly disabled, so no cross-device advertising profile is built and no data is used for remarketing.

Cookie の保存期間は Google の初期設定（2年）ではなく、180日に短縮しています。同意の記録は Cookie ではなくブラウザの localStorage に保存され、外部には送信されません。
We shorten the Google default cookie lifetime from 2 years to 180 days. Your consent choice itself is kept in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted anywhere.
12. お問い合わせフォームContact form
本サイトのお問い合わせフォームは、フォーム配信サービス Formspree（Formspree, Inc.・アメリカ合衆国）を利用して送信されます。送信ボタンを押した時点で、入力されたお名前・メールアドレス・会社名・件名・本文が同社のサーバー（米国）を経由して当社へ届きます。利用目的はお問い合わせへの回答およびサービスのご案内に限られ、目的外の利用や無関係な第三者への提供は行いません。フォームを送信されない限り、これらの情報が送信されることはありません。
Our contact form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). When you press Send, the name, email address, company, subject and message you typed pass through Formspree's servers in the United States on their way to us. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form.
13. 同意の撤回・オプトアウトWithdrawing consent
アクセス解析に関する同意はいつでも撤回できます。撤回は同意と同じ操作数で行えます。
また、ブラウザの設定から Cookie を削除・ブロックすること、または Google が提供するGoogle アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを導入することでも送信を停止できます。

当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上で告知し、必要に応じてあらためて同意を取得します。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
We may revise this policy as the law or our services change. Material changes will be announced on this page, and we will ask for your consent again where that is required. Revisions take effect when posted here.
